You can choose to replace the order or receive a refund against the order which is unavailable.

The products are well described on the website as accurately as possible. As we deal in religious cosmetic products, it is quite possible that the actual goods may slightly vary in taste and style. Our endeavor is to keep the products as uniform as possible.

Order

We accept orders as per price mentioned plus Delivery Charges unless and otherwise agreed. For special occasions, please provide us as much time as possible. Please be informed that we reserve all the rights to refuse any order on the basis of time, stock availability, or order details.

Payment

Customers can make payment via secured payment modes like  phone pe/ google pe/Credit/Debit cards online or cash on delivery. You can ask for any other mode, if required.

Delivery

We deliver the orders to the contact name and address provided by the customer. We make sure to deliver the order in the right condition to the contact person for optimum surety. If the contact person is not available then we leave the parcel as specified by them at the location described like reception. In such case, we do not hold any liability for loss or damage to the goods once delivered. Once delivered, the recipient is liable for the product.

Moreover, we deliver the order at promised time. If there is any delay, we will contact the customer at provided number or email ID.

Liability

Customer must observe and comply with all regulations and legislations including acquiring essential customs, import or similar other permits to purchase goods from our site. If your national laws prohibit the export or import of the goods then we accept no liability for the same.
